Return & Refund Policy

At Bright Side Custom (or your business name), each item is made to order with care. Because our products are custom-made, please review our policy below.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.

  • We cannot accept returns for:

    • Incorrect size selected by the customer

    • Spelling errors submitted by the customer

    • Change of mind after ordering

Please double-check sizing and customization details before placing your order.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not allowed.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Email us with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

  3. We will review and provide a replacement if the error was on our end.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
