Because each piece is made just for the buyer, slight variations may occur that’s what makes it unique!

All items are fully custom made to order.

• Production time: 1–2 weeks
  
• Most orders are completed within 7 days, but please allow up to 2 weeks during busy seasons.
  
• After production, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped.
  

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Washing Instructions

• Turn garment inside out before washing
  
• Wash in cold water only
  
• Use mild detergent
  
• Wash on gentle cycle
  
• Do NOT use bleach
  
• Do NOT dry clean
  

Drying Instructions:

• Air dry for best results
  
• OR tumble dry on low heat only
  
• Do NOT iron directly on the design
  
• If ironing is needed, turn inside out or place parchment paper over the design

Because all items are fully custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives:

• Damaged
  
• Defective
  
• Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design from what was ordered)
  

Each piece is made specifically for the buyer, so we cannot resell custom items.
